With more than 20 years of professional experience to his name, Ismail Berkan has a long track record of helping corporates and entrepreneurs create innovative new ventures and products.
He has worked with a wide range of global corporations as well as 150+ startups in the capacity of an advisor, mentor and coach over the past decade. Ismail was recently hired by PwC UK to set up innovation labs and incubation centres as a Senior Innovation Programme Consultant.
For nearly seven years, he mentored aspiring entrepreneurs studying entrepreneurship at Stanford University. As a startup mentor, he continues to be involved with the Founder Institute, Startup Canada and several other prestigious institutions.
In his early career, Ismail was a certified (Scrum, PMI & Prince2) project manager who led the Project Management Office (PMO) at Carrefour Group between 2009 and 2011.
As a valued member of our team, he now offers his expertise to clients that are looking to move beyond innovation theatre, rapidly discover and validate growth opportunities in the youth market and build successful minimum viable products.
Ismail holds an MBA from Durham University and completed his undergraduate studies in Computer and Communication Systems. More recently, he studied technology entrepreneurship at Stanford University.
