Javad Golzari is the Managing Director of First Step Consulting and responsible for the day-to-day running of the business.

He connects with clients to understand their business challenges and to find solutions. In addition, he actively supports the execution of our projects.

Javad received a MSc in Management and Strategy from the London School of Economics and Political Science and studied entrepreneurship at the Judge Business School, University of Cambridge.

Earlier, he completed his undergraduate studies in Economics with a First Class Honours degree.

Javad speaks English, Turkish, Persian and Azeri with varying degrees of fluency.
