Leyla Onal is a social scientist with years of academic experience and a well-established market researcher. She has served many renowned consulting firms, corporations and agencies, including L.E.K Consulting, Frost & Sullivan, Edelman Intelligence, C Space, Jigsaw, American Express Global Business Travel, Discover AI, AudienceNet and Black Swan.
Specialising in consumer research, social listening, sentiment analysis and benchmarking, Leyla has served clients in the consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, media, entertainment and financial services sectors.
Her work in market research facilitated PepsiCo’s launch of a new premium bottled water brand, supported the United Nation’s UN75 Dialogues initiative on its 75th anniversary in 2020, and increased Colgate’s Net Promoter Score (NPS), amongst others.
Experienced in both quantitative and qualitative research, she makes use of primary and secondary research tools to help our clients understand the evolving needs of young consumers, monitor emerging trends in contemporary culture, and discover untapped opportunities in the youth market.
