Drawing on 25 years of professional experience, Pinar Wright has wide-ranging expertise in all aspects of Human Resources. She has successfully implemented many large-scale organisational change initiatives in the financial services industry at three different institutions.
Pinar was formerly a HR Business Partner at Aon UK — a global professional services firm with over 6,000 employees across the United Kingdom. During her tenure, the company was named as one of The Times Top 100 Graduate Employers. Prior to joining Aon, she worked as the Head of HR at Aviva and as a HR Manager at a leading private bank (total assets: £30+ billion) before that.
Across her impeccable career, she has acquired a wealth of technical knowledge in Talent Acquisition, HR Transformation and L&D. Having closely worked with senior business leaders, she also has excellent stakeholder management skills.
