Asu Demirdelen is an ex-HR Business Partner of Ernst & Young (EY), currently working as a Talent Management and Performance Specialist at NHS Property Services. She has significant expertise in both diversity and inclusion (D&I) and employer branding.
During her tenure at EY, Asu worked with key client accounts (500+ employees) to address complex HR issues and served as a D&I Ambassador. Her work included creating talent acquisition strategies, implementing D&I initiatives and designing employer branding activities, ranging from business competitions for university students to on-campus events.
Remarkably, she launched a successful employer branding programme to help EY attract graduate talent in the Central and Eastern European countries. This was followed by senior roles at two different global corporations.
Asu supports strategic talent management and development practices of NHS Property Services in her current position. Also she has started an early careers working group and joined the D&I forum within the company.
As an FSC consultant, Asu is here to help clients access a more diverse pool of young talent by building powerful employer brands and embracing diversity and inclusion.
